architectural firm located in Temecula, Southwest
Riverside County, California with over 35 years

As Principal Architect, Stephen C. Sigler has
provided architectural services, including land
planning and architectural design for various
projects such as commercial, institutional, industrial,
multi-family and single family facilities. His
career began in the Inland Empire, (Riverside,
San Bernardino and Redlands) and the Desert Area
(Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Desert Hot Springs,
and La Quinta) by providing floor plans and elevation
blue prints and construction drawings for commercial
facilities and new custom home designs, including
remodels and additions.
As Partner in the firm Sigler
Zane Architecture, commercial and residential
projects implemented various design styles for
Luxury Homes that included Post and Beam Construction,
Mediterranean, Rustic, Contemporary, International,
Mid Century Modern, Bungalow and Ranch themes,
each composed by the desires and functional needs
of the owner and existing site and topography.
In addition to the many
residential projects, Mr. Sigler has participated
in the design of institutional buildings such
as County hospital, medical office buildings,
and county coroner facility that included the
coordination of all off site and on site utility
and roadway development, site survey and grading,
including new street improvements, roadway/ parking
and onsite ancillary structures housing “cooling
towers/boilers” as building support systems.Mr.
Sigler has also performed Construction Management
(CM) and Project Management (PM) tasks for projects
such as County Administration, Sheriff Stations,
Regional Medical Hospital, fire stations, maintenance
facilities, parking structures, Park and Recreational
facilities, including various office tenant improvements.
As Principle Architect of the firm Axis3Architecture,
Inc. numerous projects have been designed and
built in the Southwest Region of Riverside County
(Rancho California Wine Country, Santa Rosa Plateau,
De Luz, La Cresta, Butterfield Country) and, North
San Diego County (Fallbrook San Marcos, Encinitas,
Carlsbad) areas that include a variety of design
styles such as Tuscan, Andalusia, Spanish Colonial,
Spanish Revival, Italian Renaissance Country Estate,
Craftsman, Farm House Winery Design, Coastal/
Pacific Modern, Hacienda, Santa Barbara, as “Old

Axis3Architecture, Inc has
provided architectural and engineering services
for commercial and industrial projects such as;
Office buildings, administration centers, medical
offices, fire stations, professional and retail
centers, YMCA facilities, day care centers, church/religious
facilities, airport hangars and structures, sports
facilities, wineries, commercial re-models and
tenant improvements.
Each design incorporates
the uniqueness of the era, quality and craftsmanship
of its intended purpose, all the while complimented
by a common theme or design reflecting a wide
range of “Styles” such as Historical
Old World, Traditional, or Modernism, as determined
by the Owner and the Design Team. Each design
is therefore uniquely appropriate, functional
and aesthetically pleasing as a completed project.
Incorporated within each
design are consideration to Sustainable Design
and Green Eco-friendly Methods such as site orientation
with regard to solar exposure, heat gain and loss,
Solar Energy Systems, Solar Shading, and Energy
Efficiencies within the structure regarding utility
uses and demands. LEED program and certification
are available as determined by site. Owner, building,
building officials and budget requirements and
constraints; however it is our intent to maximize
the use of “Green Technology” where
ever possible within the design process.
